Guest Commentator: Larry C. Skinner, Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Conversion Technologies International, Inc., and Chairman, the Chamber’s Ambassador Program

How does the Chamber’s Ambassador Program increase civic engagement, grow the regional business community, and enhance membership?

I am extremely pleased and excited about the Chamber’s Ambassador Program. We have a talented group of Ambassadors this year that will help give our members access, introductions, partnerships, mentorship, community opportunities and tools for company growth. We realize that our Chamber has so many opportunities that will help large and small businesses grow that it is sometimes hard to navigate. We are here to help the Chamber’s Member Engagement team customize your programs to fit the needs of your company regardless of size. We will be available at all Chamber functions to help you in any way that we can. We are always looking forward to introducing you to potential connections that are suited for your business in addition to making you aware of our meetings with the Chamber’s Councils, Action Teams, and more.

The Chamber is the largest association in the region representing over 600,000 employees. We offer more than 180 programs and events each year and are represented in 11 counties surrounding Philadelphia. Our goal as Ambassadors is to assist you by adding additional value to your Chamber membership and to support Chamber growth. Our Mission is simple and we are pledged to make it successful:

The Chamber’s Ambassadors are committed to welcoming Chamber members into a comfortable environment. The Ambassador Program unites current and incoming members to increase civic engagement, grow the regional business community, and enhance Chamber membership.

We are looking forward to meeting as many current and prospective members as possible at our upcoming events. You should be able to easily identify us by our Ambassador badges that we will proudly wear at each event. Come join us and see how quickly your relationships and opportunities grow. Many thanks to all the staff and volunteers that make this the best Chamber on the planet!
